- Free plan: US$0. Pro plan: US$7 per month. Business plan: US$19 per month. Unlimited plan (offered to existing paid subscribers): US$45 per month. Team plans: the monthly price of the chosen plan for each license purchased. Team plans contracted with us and billed by invoice: the amount stated in the quotation or invoice. Prices are displayed in US dollars; customers using the Service in Japanese are billed in Japanese yen instead (Pro plan: ¥900 per month; Business plan: ¥2,500 per month; Unlimited plan: ¥4,800 per month). Applicable consumption tax and other taxes are shown during checkout.
- Additional fees
- Internet connection and communication charges required to use the Service are the customer’s responsibility. Currency-conversion fees or other charges imposed by your payment method or card issuer may also apply. Bank transfer fees for invoice payments are the customer’s responsibility.
- Accepted payment methods
- Credit card, processed through our payment processor (Stripe). For team plans contracted with us, bank transfer against an invoice is also available.
- Timing of payment
- Paid plan fees, including team licenses purchased in the Service, are billed in advance at the time of subscription and on each subsequent renewal date. For team plans paid by invoice, payment is due by the due date stated on the invoice.
- Timing of service provision
- The Service becomes available for use immediately after your subscription and payment are completed.
- Free trial
- A free trial may be offered for the Pro plan. The trial length, eligibility, whether payment information is required, and whether the trial automatically converts to a paid subscription are disclosed at sign-up.
- Cancellation and refunds
- Because the Service is a digital service, returns and refunds are not available by the nature of the product. You may cancel a paid subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and you may continue to use paid features until the end of your then-current billing period. Partial-month refunds are not provided. See the Terms of Service for details.
- Operating environment
- A current version of a major web browser and a Google account are required.
- Special conditions
- The Service is currently offered as a beta service.
